I have been on hold for 3.5 hours now and I do not expect they will take my call or provide any useful support. I opened a ticket using another tenant and they told me to call 80. However, I cannot use the website because it requires me to sign in. I contacted Microsoft and they told me I could restore access at aka.ms/prosupport. When I select "sign in another way" it asks me again to use my Authenticator. When I sign in, it asks me to enter a number in my Microsoft Authenticator but I do not have Microsoft Authenticator. I am the only administrator and I cannot sign into. You should be able to find a phone number, email address, or even live chat on the third-party’s site to begin your request for a password reset.PSA: Sign into all your Microsoft accounts now and enable all authentication methods, app, text, phone, and alternate email. If neither exists, you may need to contact the third-party’s support department to request your password be reset. Contact your internal help desk or network support team first. If you’ve forgotten your credentials, they may be managed by either your internal IT department or your third-party hosting provider. They will be able to reset your password and supply you with a temporary password. If you’ve forgotten your corporate network credentials, you will need to contact your internal help desk or network support team.
